Yoga and Meditation

In 2025, the Trust is offering a unique range of programmes that integrate yoga asanas, pranayama (breathwork) and kriyas (unique evolutionary methods to enhance consciousness). These programmes arise from the Himalayan Yoga Tradition, and many of the methods and techniques have been handed down from the sages of the Himalayas for thousands of years.

The offering includes weekly classes, day and weekend programmes, which are extensively supported with written and online material.

Weekly Kriya Yoga Classes: These classes will guide students in the basics of kriya and how to dramatically enhance yoga practice with these dynamic methods that combine breath, posture and movement in distinctive ways. You will be supported to integrate these methods into your current yoga practice

Free community classes in Yoga and meditation (and other modalities), will continue as per current class activity.
